Mom, your my best friend

Bree vocabulary is exploding!! She is saying new words everyday. Its like everything is starting to click. Its amazing. Today she told me "Mom, your my best friend" and gave me the biggest hug! How sweet is that? I am going to thoroughly enjoy it while it lasts! I am loving this stage. She surprises me everyday with the new things she says.

I finally got Bree's baby pictures off my old computer. OMG. Talk about baby fever. Too cute! Ill post a few here. :P

I've really been working with Bree to use her words. It really seems to be helping with the screaming, whining and tantrums. Huh, I wonder if that has anything to do with the vocabulary explosion. I just put two and two together. Interesting! Anyways, its really helping.

Last night I told Bree she needed to go to bed early so she can wake up early with daddy and go see gaga. (they go to breakfast in the mornings.) To my surprise she went right to sleep. I remember thinking how weird that was. Then, this morning at 6:30 Bree ran out of bed and said "daddy Im ready to go!" So Steve got her dressed and took her to breakfast and to The Living Desert. They had so much fun. She just loves her adventures with Steve. I love them too. Its a great way for them to bond. And Bree talks about them all week long. And I get the whole bed to myself! Muahaha!

We went out to dinner with my brother and sister in law tonight. I told him "just wait soon Ethan (their still in utero baby) will be screaming right along with Bree." He kinda laughed and gave me that not my kid look. ha!
