OMG Stupid people

OK so I went into Native foods to get dinner. This is a vegan restaurant. There are PETA magazines all over the place. Bree got a say no the circus sticker. LOL

So the waitress came over and starts talking to us. She's like "oh you haven't pierced her ears yet" I was like "no, not yet. They wont do it because shes not vax'd" so she's like "what's that?" I said "vax'd? You know, those shots they give kids..." She said "oh my daughter got them when she was like 3 months old" I said "I refused them" she said "why" I was like "because they have horrible stuff in them...You didn't know that" she's like "no, but you know if you do it young it wont hurt the babies because their nerves ending aren't formed yet so they don't feel any pain. They only cry because the noise scares them." I just looked at her like she had 5 heads. I didn't know how to say you a stupid idiot nicely. Then another waitress came over and tried to change the subject. I was so shocked I didn't know what to say! Im very tempted to call the manager and complain to her. How can they advocate not hurting animals then hire some idiot who says things like that!? NOW I can think of a million things to say, but at the time I was dumbfounded. Grrrrrr. Usually when I go in there they are all hippy type people who know fuzzi bunz and are happy when Bree is barefoot! LOL

Anyways, Steve left this afternoon. Waahhhhh! I miss him! I think Bree is still waiting for him to come home. Im not sure how bedtime is going to go. As soon as he gets in he is going to call. I don't know if that will help or make things worse. Oh well, one step at a time!
