Strawberries

So, We usually shop at a health food market. But we didn't want to drive all the way out there tonight. So we went to Vons. (Which is a few blocks away.) First, I have to say, I miss having a huge selection of foods. And fruit. Yea, its totally unhealthy junk but man! Its easy to buy it in there! So anyway!! We were getting strawberries and junk for a fruit salad. The organic strawberries came in this tiny box and were ok looking. The non organic strawberries came in a huge box and were bright red and beautiful!! We were laughing at how gorgeous non organic fruit was. All shiny and bright red! Whoever thought to put dyes and wax on foods was genius. (from a sellers POV) Anyways, I got both. I know strawberries are like one of the most important foods to get organic but they looked so good. So I go home, soak them and cut em up.

OMG. Organic strawberries taste SO much better!! The other ones looked better but they were not ripe. They were either tasteless or sour. Eww!! I will never buy regular stawberries again! Anybody have a good link on this? I cant find one.

Oh and Vons stinks.
