We are home

Yay!! I love the Valley. It's so nice to be home. Now I gotta clean up all the dog mess and get the house back in order tomorrow. blah.

Bree did really good. She got to meet her cousin Elijah who is 2 months older. He kept yanking toys outta her hand and making her cry but they did pretty good. Just regular toddler stuff. I think she was around more kids this last week than she's ever been. (I really need to work on getting her out more.) She didn't catch a cold. Yay!

So Steves older brother who I really liked came down from Hawaii. I really lost a lot of respect for them. I still think they are cool people but kinda nutty. All this time I been thinking they are crunchy and into healthy eating and yadda yadda. WRONG. They drank like fish (she is still brestfeeding) and they smoke weed every day, did so during pregnancy and give their kid weed cookies to make him take a nap. It was sad.

But in good news, I actually got along well with my MIL. I think it had a lot to do with Steve sisters not being there. I dunno.

Steves dad got to meet Bree. He's been talking about grandkids for awhile so it was pretty cool he got to meet both of them this year. It was a ok trip and we are glad to be home. We plan to get the outside of the house done by April. Then we can refinance! Woohoo!

The one thing I am going to miss from Redding is room service! Ha!!

Weed cookies? Never even knew such things existed! LOL! That's sad and such a bummer that they weren't at all what you thought they were.

I missed you SOOOOO much while you were gone!

Give it a week or so before you start celebrating about Bree not catching a cold (not trying to be pessimistic - just realistic) You have to take into consideration incubation times! And if you flew, you were more likely for her to pick something up from the plane than from your family.

Glad you're back!

That is pathetic that they give their kids weed cookies! Not only that they admit it! How sad! I'm sorry they weren't at all what you thought!

I hope to catch you on soon! I miss you since I started going to bed at a normal person's time! LOL

That's exactly what I was going to say...."Give it a week or so before you start celebrating about Bree not catching a cold (not trying to be pessimistic - just realistic)"

Brianna always gets sick when you come back from their house. I'm Glad you guys are back. :) Especially since I'm back for a while. YAY!
